What determines a trackless train quotation
A useful quotation starts with seats per trip, passengers per hour, electric or diesel preference, daily operating time, body theme, weather protection and destination. Freight, local compliance, optional equipment and spare parts should be listed separately instead of hidden in one headline price.
Match the train to the road
Trackless does not mean route-free. Record minimum road width, surface, maximum gradient, smallest turning area, stopping points, pedestrian crossings and wet-weather conditions. These facts decide the useful formation, power system, braking review and whether a smaller model is safer than a high-capacity train.
Verify the manufacturer and delivery boundary
Ask for the current model sheet, factory and assembly evidence, test records, the exact scope of any certificate, warranty basis, consumables, spare-parts list, packing method, drawings and acceptance criteria. Confirm who handles unloading, installation, training and local approval before signing.
