Yes. Sanshuo is a tourist train manufacturer with its own production base and integrated R&D, design, production, sales and after-sales service.

02What is needed for a quote?

Country, venue, route, surface or rail plan, slope, turning space, passenger demand, operating hours, power preference, customization and destination.

03Can trains be customized?

The official catalog describes OEM and ODM options for color, theme, logo, formation and selected systems. Final scope is approved in drawings and configuration lists.

04What is the purchase process?

Model and drawing confirmation, contract and deposit, production updates, factory testing, balance, delivery inspection, packing, shipment and after-sales support.

05What is the warranty period?

The standard warranty period is 18 months. The start date, scope, exclusions, parts supply and service process are defined in the contract and warranty documents.

06Which ports are normally used?

The official FAQ names Tianjin and Qingdao as usual export ports, with other arrangements possible by project.
